Metal Sonic: get all 5 sonic tokens in Resort Island and win in 1st-3rd place then beat him in a race
Tails Doll (dunno y u would want it): get all 5 sonic tokens in Radical City win in 1st-3rd place and beat him in a race
Metal Knux: get all 5 sonic tokens in the ruins place win in 1st-3rd place beat him in race
EggRobo: get all 5 sonic tokens in the factory place win in 1st-3rd place beat it in a race
SUPER SONIC RACING: play as super sonic in radiant emerald
Super Sonic: get all 7 chaos emeralds
eggman: (i think its win in 1st place on every race)
